With 350 employees APM holds contracts across ACC, MSD, NZDF as well as private employers to provide a range of services including Vocational and Community Rehabilitation, Pain and Injury Management, Workplace Health, Allied Health Intervention and Employment Services.

What you’ll be doing we specialise in rehabilitating people following injury or illness and supporting people into meaningful employment.  Our Business Administrators handle the lifeblood of our business.  You will be the friendly, helpful face our clients, Employment Consultants and case managers turn to online, or on the phone.

Reporting to the Senior Business Manager for Employment Services based in Auckland, you will support the APM team to provide the services required by our clients on a fixed-term 13 month contract, across a 4 day week.

Efficiency and proactiveness will be key as you take responsibility for a range of tasks including be a welcoming face, meeting and greeting clients on arrival. Accurately entering data into our information management systems.

Ensuring the efficiency of our office administration systems and functions. Supporting the Employment Services team members with general administration. What you’ll need to succeed experience in a client facing administration role. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Accurate data entry skills. Experience with invoicing and reporting. Proactive, able to be one step ahead. Strong relationship building skills. Ability to work autonomously. Awareness of cultural competency and an ability to work with diversity.
