Business Administration Assistant Numeric location Waikato.
Our client provides administration support services to a range of small businesses. They take care of the day to day accounts and admin duties so their clients can focus on growing the business. This is a great opportunity for a client focused, financially savvy administrator who enjoys variety, teamwork and fun.
Duties will include payroll, invoicing, bank reconciliations, GST and training clients on Xero. You will need to be organised, accurate and have experience in Xero and / or MYOB Essentials. You must have a good working knowledge of payroll systems and have a strong understanding of payroll calculations.
We are looking for someone who can think on their feet, help grow the business and have a laugh while remaining professional. It’s a busy role so the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines is vital. This is a full time, permanent position. Previous experience in an accounting firm would be advantageous.
