Key responsibilities conduct building inspection and ensure proper maintenance of the facilities and services. Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective action to ensure facility equipment and building system run smoothly and efficiently. Carry out minor troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance of the building fixtures, especially the electrical fittings and plumbing & sanitary.

Response and attend to breakdown / feedback including attending to emergency requests. Maintain proper work record, maintenance documentation and submit weekly works report in an orderly manner. Any other duties as and when assigned by the Building Manager.

Job requirements at least two (2) year’s of relevant experience. NITEC on Electrical or Mechanical or equivalent. Familiar with Electrical and plumbing system would be an added advantage. Hands-on person and can work independently. Candidate with higher qualification or better experience may be considered for higher position. 5 and a half day work-week with off day on Sundays and Public Holidays.
