Due to continued growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen to join our successful team. Frank is a market leading commercial risk management & insurance broking firm based in Hamilton. The role will see you support our Brokers which will include, but is not limited to reviewing policies, processing renewals, new business and policy adjustments.  You will also be required to provide claims support as necessary, issue certificates of insurance and arrange finance plans.  You will work closely with our brokers and their clients in assessing their commercial and domestic requirements.  This includes risk management, business continuity and disaster recovery.

We are looking for someone who is driven to succeed, brings a positive attitude and an ability to build long-lasting relationships. You will demonstrate high standards when it comes to spelling, grammar and general attention to detail. Being organised and proficient in word & excel is essential and you must be able to prioritise and cope under pressure.
