Position overview we are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to support our business growth. The Branch Manager main goals are to achieve business goals, manage the branch's financial performance as well as operations with staff and key customers.

Key responsibilities day to day operations Team management and key customer relationship/project support. Customer support Taking enquiries, generating quotes for key projects. Relationships with the team, customers and stakeholders. Business development seeking out new opportunities to grow the branch. Managing budgets and incoming/outgoing finances.

Ideal Candidate 10 years experience in customer service, sales, and administration. Customer focused. Business acumen. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using job management systems and other relevant software. Experience in trades business is a plus.
