Branch Manager Sifa New Zealand location Auckland.
We are a French freight forwarding company with over 600 employees worldwide. We are looking for a passionate and ambitious branch manager for our newly established office in New Zealand. You should be customer focused and an experienced people leader. You will be responsible for driving the financial, operational, administrative and commercial objectives to meet or exceed targets for our exciting new office. Being part of a small team, we expect you to drive but also to ensure the operations.
You can build strong productive teams, help to bring new business on board and work at a strategic plan to help us growing successfully in the New Zealand market as well as connecting us with the Pacific Island. Oversea business trip is part of the business development strategy.
Key responsibilities ensuring a high-quality ops services. Operational planning. Manage, lead and motivate employees. Driving sales growth. Provide accurate and timely reporting. Manage P&L (Profit and Loss). Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and legislation.
Key skills & experience customer focused, Hands-on person, Strong time management skills, People leader ship skills and experience, Effective communication skills, Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships, Self-motivated, Ability to work under pressure, Experience working in the freight industry in a senior role.
