An excellent opportunity has become available for a Branch Coordinator to join our Auckland Branch, based in Highbrook, East Tamaki. We are looking for someone with a confident and mature outlook who has experience in the shipping and freight forwarding industry.

The opportunity this role has the responsibility for coordination of the support function with the branch. Working closely with customers, internal stakeholders and the Operations Team, you will be providing administration, reception and sales support for relocations, as and when required.

Duties manage customer requirements. Coordinate selected customer uplifts and deliveries as required. Undertake general Receptionist duties. Provide general branch administration duties. Complete Daily Reports.

Banking. Storage Billing and Debt collection. End of month duties. Stock reporting/ ordering and required branch purchasing. Managing of hourly rate, local and domestic relocations throughout NZ. Invoicing.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate strong customer focus with a mature, practical and common sense outlook. Outstanding interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and data entry ability.

Good numerical ability. Capable of working autonomously and show initiative. A willingness to see tasks through to completion. Can do attitude. Must be a team player. Well organised with exceptional time management skills. Computer literate (particularly MS Office and Lotus Notes).
