What to Expect
As the BOP and CSP Program Manager, Energy Service, APAC, you will be accountable for the development and execution of APAC’s Balance of Plant (BOP) and Certified Service Provider (CSP) programs.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in project engineering and/or technical program management, maintenance management, and experience with HV and MV equipment. You should be a quick learner, proficient in IT systems, and able to work independently with a strong bias for action.

What You’ll Do
Develop and manage APAC’s BOP Program
Develop APAC’s BOP program by translating Tesla Engineering’s BOP (electrical) maintenance requirements into an executable, efficient, auditable and scalable BOP program.
Establish and manage service agreements with external contractors and vendors.
Oversee outsourcing and procurement of BOP maintenance services, including contractor onboarding.
Ensure maintenance plans for all BOP assets requiring maintenance are documented in Tesla’s CMMS.
Support the development and manage a spares and spare parts strategy for Tesla’s BOP equipment.
Support the assessment, reporting, and development of mitigation strategies for BOP equipment risks.
Develop and manage all 3rd party service provider commercial agreements and programs.
Manage the execution of continuous improvement program initiatives in APAC.
Develop and managed APAC’s CSP Program
Develop APAC’s CSP program and ensure alignment with Tesla’s global CSP program.
Manage the execution of continuous improvement program initiatives in APAC

What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
3+ years of project or technical program management experience.
Expertise in electrical drawings, technical documents, and risk management.
Proficiency with industrial/utility standards.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets.
MS Office proficiency and strong communication skills (technical and client-facing).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred
Commercial experience.
4+ years of experience with HV/MV equipment.
Familiarity with HV/MV equipment testing and maintenance.
