MarketPlace Fresh is Victoria's largest independent fresh produce retailer with over 30 years of experience. Rapidly growing, we are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Assistant Accountant to support the CFO.

Responsibilities processing of invoices and payments runs. Receive and allocate payments. Management of outstanding invoices. Bank and credit card reconciliations. Process creditor invoices. Prepare EFT payments. Managing fixed assets register. Assist with end of month/year duties. Journal preparation. General ledger reconciliation. Other finance and general administrative duties as required.

Skills & experience to be considered for this role you must have a high level of attention to detail. Proven experience in a similar role. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Experience using Xero, Microsoft Excel/Word. Experience with ERP systems would be highly regarded.
