This is a great opportunity to work closely with the CFO as part of a small finance team of three. If you're looking to gain payroll experience, this role offers on-the-job training to help you build those skills. You'll receive direct support and mentorship from the CFO while contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

They collaborate with global partners to enhance environmental sustainability across multiple markets while maintaining high operational standards.

Your responsibilities will include accounts Payable/receivable code and process invoices, manage vendor relationships, negotiate payment terms, and resolve discrepancies. Maintain current accounts receivable and process customer invoicing.

Banking & Financial reporting conduct monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, deposit cheques, prepare financial reports, and track employee purchases. Payroll address payroll changes, create pay checks, monitor deductions, and prepare government returns. Maintain records for vacation, sick leave, and employee attendance.

Office administration coordinate travel bookings, manage office supplies, assist with job postings, and organize company events. Ensure customer contracts and records are well-maintained.

Document management file and sort documents, create consolidated reports, and assist in preparing internal presentations and special projects. Customer service serve as backup for the Office Manager, greeting visitors and answering phone calls.

About you, we are ideally seeking a candidate with at least three years of experience managing accounts in a varied role. It's important to understand that this is a small team where everyone collaborates across all areas. Experience in a manufacturing or inventory-heavy environment will be highly regarded.
