You might be someone in Public Practice and the model doesn't fit your life anymore. You'll have a business improvement focus and proven experience (+10 years) in working with SMEs who turnover between $1m and $20m and supporting companies and their employees in this business critical function.

You will be joining our national Team of Bookkeepers and Accountants in helping SMEs with your strong technical skills and ability to calm people in a storm. This is a role that can either be Work From Home or Distributed (some time in an office; some time WFH). Either way, your exceptional verbal and written communication skills will ensure that you stay connected to our Team-close, national-based Team.

Please apply if you are an experienced Bookkeeping and/or Accounting professional living in Australia with at least a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting, preferably a Diploma or Degree qualification, with at least 10 years of hands-on Australian-based experience.

Our role between 25 - 35 hours per week. Solid full-function Bookkeeping/Accounts Management tasks working with day-to-day data and reconciliations of all Balance Sheet accounts including Bank, Credit Cards and Intercompany Accounts.

Integration of accounting software platforms in areas such as time management, inventory management, POS and monthly reporting and analysis. Reporting to Management and key stakeholders of SMEs in a language they can easily understand.

Your story completed an Australian Accounting or Bookkeeping Cert IV, Diploma or Degree qualification (current CPA or CA status will give your application an advantage). You don't need to be a BAS Agent. Advanced knowledge of accounting software and related apps. Extensive experience with working with companies with a turnover of between $1m and $20m.
