Bookkeeper FirstPoint Personnel location Melbourne.

Bookkeeper my client with over 30 years experience providing quality civil construction and asphalt laying services requires an experienced bookkeeper with advanced payroll skills to join there busy team. This role is to cover maternity leave duration of up to 12 months.

Payroll up to 40 employees weekly. Bank  & Credit card reconciliations. Data entry AP and payments. Data entry AR and payments. General ledger reconciliations. Preparing Budgets & budget analysis.

The successful candidate must possess over 5 years experience in construction. Advanced working knowledge of Xero, Windows suite of product including advanced Excel skills. Proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal skills.
