Bookkeeper Amplify HR location Sydney. Salary $70,000 - $79,999. Our client is highly respected within the industry that supports the interests of businesses in their production of feature films, television programs, interactive content, and games across all genres and formats. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper and proactive team member to join their small team two days per week.

Your next role in this role you will provide efficient administration and accurate financial support services, working closely with the CFO and Senior Accountant to ensure the business operational needs are met.  Utilising Xero you will be responsible for AP, AR, bank reconciliations, managing accruals and month end processes, and supporting the team with queries and reporting as required.

Full function accounts payable, entering invoices and setting up payments, full function accounts receivable, invoicing and managing debtors, credit card and expense reconciliations, bank account reconciliations, month end assistance, BAS, IAS.

About you are highly organised and can work autonomously to manage work volumes, and provide efficient and timely support to the small team and our stakeholders.

previous experience in a similar role within small-medium sized organizations proficient and highly skilled in Xero and Excel, adaptable across systems and software applications – experience with Xero highly regarded, relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting or bookkeeping highly regarded, ability to work independently with sound organisation skills, can multi-task an work within timeframes, excellent verbal and written communication, and customer service skills.
