Bookkeeper Honeybooks Limited location Auckland.

Honeybooks offers remote bookkeeping solutions for NZ small businesses. As well as being great bookkeepers, we pride ourselves on keeping things simple and empowering our clients to gain clarity around their numbers so they can make smart business decisions.

We are looking for a NZ based bookkeeper for approximately 10 hours of work per week who has the capacity to take on more hours over the next 6-12 months. You will be looking after general client work - entering supplier bills via Hubdoc, Xero bank reconciliations, creating client invoices and payroll for multiple clients. All remote/working from home and all on Xero so experience using Xero is a must.

If you also have experience using PayHero and/or NextMinute then this is a bonus (training will be provided if not). Hours are split throughout the week although there is some flexibility around when the work is completed within the working day. Ideally you’re someone who can hit the ground running, is reliable, has great attention to detail and strong communication skills.
