We are based on the Northern Beaches and are now looking for a self-motivated individual to work in an Accounts or Bookkeeper role within our organisation. This is a permanent position that would suit a highly organised individual with qualifications in bookkeeping and confident to work without supervision.

We are a busy team and your knowledge of accounting principles and computer skills must be at a level where you can work autonomously. Your well-developed time management and organisational skills will help us grow and scale our business, while having the support of our team within a relaxed and friendly working environment.

Reporting to the Company Directors, your duties will include all facets of AR, AP and Bookkeeping. Bank Reconciliations weekly, fortnightly and monthly. Processing of Payroll. Preparation of Superannuation. Preparation of quarterly BAS including reconciliation of balance sheet each quarter. General office administration. Experience working in the construction industry would be beneficial. Significant experience in a similar role using Zero. Excellent verbal communication and professional manner. Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a busy team.
