BIM Modeller / Drafter [ Revit / Autocad / Fire Protection / Mechanical ]. Singapore based - Tai Seng / Sengkang. Working days: 5.5 days (Mon - Sat). Working hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday to Friday) ; 8am - 12pm (Saturday). Salary $2800 - $3500. Career Progression Opportunities.

Responsibilities preparing combine services drawings and detail drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT. Preparing for BIM drawing submission to consultants for on-going projects. Coordinating with site personnel and subcontractors regarding update on drawing and clash detection. Modelling for project tender drawing for construction sequence. Preparing BIM Proposal and Technical Proposal based on project tender requirements. Assist in participation of annual BIM awards. Any other tasks assigned by Managers.

Requirements Degree / Diploma / Technical certificate of equivalent in Architecture / Mechanical / Civil or Building or equivalent. Minimum 2 years working experience.
