Your Role: Bids and Project Officer

As a Bids & Project Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the PMO and project teams by coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth delivery of routine project outputs. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of project management structures, supported by competent Excel and Word skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple software and engineering development projects.
Manage project data and documentation, ensuring accurate records, version control, and compliance with data management processes.
Prepare, quality-check, register, and dispatch project artefacts and correspondence to stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Support the preparation of dashboards, metrics, project status reports, and customer service reports.
Coordinate and document project meetings, including preparation of minutes, actions, presentations, and reports.
Assist with travel coordination, purchase requisitions, customer visit arrangements, and other project-related logistical support.
Your Skills:

Qualifications in Business Administration, Engineering, TAFE Certificate or equivalent experience.
Strong office administration capability with proven organisational skills.
Experience in project administration, document management, configuration management, or travel coordination is desirable.
