We are currently recruiting a part time Beauty Advisor to join our Fragrance and Beauty Boutique in Claremont. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Beauty Advisor creates a unique and memorable experience for each client, at every moment and at every point of sale. You will work as an ambassador of the brand to create a unique, genuine and long-lasting bond with the client, while understanding and contributing to business objectives.

YOU ARE ENERGISED BY
Thinking 'outside the four walls' of the Boutique and considering the entire client experience across all touch points of Makeup, Fragrance and Skincare.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Create a tailor-made client experience and personalized solution for each client visit, using the CHANEL experience ritual and building long-lasting relationship with clients.
Share beauty tips with clients to educate and inspire them and enrich their experience in using the Chanel products.
Conduct makeup services and skincare consultations for clients utilizing your excellent beauty and product knowledge
Proactively invite clients to come back for services and schedule appointments.
Promote link selling and cross-selling in order to achieve business objectives
Show curiosity to learn more in order to nourish the business culture and share trend knowledge, being pro-active in self-learning and development of the wider team.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Eagerness and willingness to take care of the Chanel client, with an understanding of exceptional client service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish emotional connection and build relationships.
Previous retail experience and experience with sales targets and KPI’s will be highly regarded
Digital trend awareness, with capabilities to embrace changing technologies
Curiosity, openness and eagerness to learn.
Previous experience in a Fragrance and Beauty environment an advantage
