Key responsibility prep chicken for batter frying, batter fry our signature chicken, able to lift 15kg of fried chicken, received and pack chicken pcs into chiller. FIFO. Prepare food according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Ensure the quality of food. Ensure the food hygiene standards. Ensure the cleanliness in the kitchen.

Pre-requisites with or without experience are welcome (training will be provided), must be physically fit and active (able to carry 20kg of flour, non-stop frying during peak hours). must be able to work in a hot and oily environment, Pleasant personality. Proactive in learning. Good communication skills. Able to work under pressure and fast pace environment. Need to work on weekends / Public Holidays / Shift Work.

Salary Range from $2100 per month - 44 hrs (Singaporean/PR), Part-time position up to S$8 /hour onwards (min. 35 hours weekly), Working Hours / Location, Rotating shifts / Islandwide, 6 days work week.
