Bartender Cum Waiter location Hougang / Punggol / Sengkang, North. Job Type Full-Time.
Summary bartenders are responsible for the beverage service to bar guests and Beverage/Food Servers in an assigned service station ensuring efficient and prompt service for restaurant customers. To possess knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and to prepare and serve all beverages with consistent quality.
Responsibilities responsible for efficient service of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages from the bar. Strict adherence to standards operating procedures, food safety, sanitation and hygiene requirements and practices. Responsible for the cleanliness of the bar and it’s operating equipment. Assist in the beverage inventory for requisition and usage on a daily basis. Prepares all mixes and garnishes. Serve all guests within the bar area in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner. Ensure proper cash management procedures. Reports all equipment, people issues to the supervisor in a timely manner. Assist floor operations as and when needed. Adheres to Company policies and procedures at all times. Adhoc duties assigned by Supervisor.
Job requirements service oriented. Good knowledge of beverages at the bar. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good teamwork and able to work in a fast paced environment.
