Responsibilities & requirement responsible for the daily operation at front counter area. Creation of recipes and written SOP preparation method. Providing highest quality standard in customer service and 5S housekeeping. Work as a team (together everyone achieve more).

Knowledge of Specialty Coffee and Barista Latte Art Assist in stock inventory listing and ordering. Informing the line manager of any faulty appliances/ equipment found. Ensure strict adherence to food safety, food sanitation and SFA hygiene and practices. Strong Team player with good leadership, interpersonal and communications skills.
