Your new role this newly created team in Western Australia will be dedicated to providing an outstanding quality of customer service to ensure an amazing journey for every client. While working and reporting remotely, you will be part of a high achieving, great quality team with amazing support and training from experienced managers across Australia.

The role will include being the first point of contact for telephone and email based enquires for customers everyday banking needs. Taking accountability and ownership of client queries. Going above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. Explaining complex banking matters. No sales requirements - this is not a sales role.

Your skills and experience minimum 2 years experience in retail banking or financial services. Call centre experience will also be considered. Strong computer skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Autonomous and driven work ethic. Strong attention to detail and a quick learner. A positive attitude and excellent relationship builder. You will need an internet connection and a confidential space at home. All other equipment will be provided.
