About the Role

MSS Security is looking for a Full time Security Officer who is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. In this role you will:

Facilitate passenger & checked baggage security screening

Manage traffic flow & screen at security checkpoints within the airport

Provide exceptional customer service and respond professionally whilst liaising with customers and internal stakeholders

Maintain compliance and follow procedures and safety measures

Record of incident reports as required

Monitor car parks and carry out aerodrome perimeter inspections.

Manage traffic flow in designated pick-up and drop-off zones.

Desired Skills and Experience

Certificate II in Transport Security Protection

Ability to work within a team

Ability to obtain an ASIC Clearance

Good communication skills with high attention to detail

Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia
