We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to lead our service department and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. As an Auckland Central Nissan Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, manage a team of technicians, and uphold our dealership's commitment to exceptional service quality.

Key responsibilities lead and manage the service department, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Supervise and mentor a team of service technicians and service advisors, providing guidance and support. Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring timely and accurate repairs.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving service-related issues. Ensure the use of proper diagnostic equipment and tools for accurate vehicle assessments. Monitor service quality and adherence to Nissan's maintenance standards.

Manage inventory levels and order necessary parts and supplies in conjunction with our parts manager. Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices across the business.

Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall dealership performance. Keep up-to-date with Auckland Central Nissan's service and repair procedures, technology, and industry trends. Provide accurate reporting to the Andrew Simms Group, Dealer Principal and the manufacture as and when required.

Qualifications previous experience in automotive service management is required, with a focus on Nissan vehicles preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Technical knowledge of Nissan vehicles and maintenance practices is preferred. Problem-solving abilities and a commitment to quality. Familiarity with service management software and tools. WOF ticket qualification is preferred but not required.
