The Role

We are seeking an Associate Territory Manager to join our Joint Replacement team based on the Sunshine Coast.

Your territory spans Caloundra to Bundaberg, with most of your time focused on the Sunshine Coast and occasional travel to Bundaberg (around once a fortnight, but could be more). This role offers:

Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth: Build relationships, negotiate, and educate customers to increase market share.

Product Expertise: Provide clinical and technical insights in hospital settings.

Theatre Support: Assist surgeons and theatre staff with product application.

Territory Planning: Work closely with your manager to plan and execute on sales strategy.

Inventory Oversight: Maintain accurate product availability.
