Whether you’re just starting out as an Associate or already have experience as a Financial Adviser, this is a unique opportunity to join Findex in Tasmania on a full-time permanent basis. You could be based in either the North West Coast or Launceston.

What will your typical week look like?
Depending on your level of experience, you will:
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their financial objectives.
Support the production of advice documentation and participate in client meetings.
Provide strategic financial planning and investment advice.
Proactively communicate with clients and seek opportunities to broaden their scope of services with Findex.
Service, retain, and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Support team members in achieving growth objectives and contribute to business development across the region.

We are seeking both Associates and Advisers, so whether you’re starting your journey or looking to advance, you’ll bring:
A passion for building a career as a Financial Adviser.
A FASEA approved degree (mandatory for both roles).
For Adviser positions: prior experience in delivering comprehensive financial advice, completion of the FASEA exam (or on track to finishing), and registration as an Adviser (or eligible to be).
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
A proactive, positive, and results-oriented approach.
