A Day in the Life
An exciting brand-new role for an Associate Customer Marketing Specialist to join the Cranial & Spinal Technologies business.
Reporting directly to the Regional Business Director for the Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) business, the Associate Customer Marketing Specialist will have an opportunity to work within a talented marketing team and assist in planning, implementing and executing Medtronic medical education and customer education and engagement events.
Cranial and Spinal Technologies (CST) is the market leader in spinal implants, robotics, and navigation. We are redefining cranial and spinal procedures to reduce variability and improve outcomes with the goal of restoring long-term quality of life for more patients. We are the first company to offer an integrated solution that includes artificial intelligence-driven surgical planning, personalized spinal implants, and robotic-assisted surgical delivery to make patient care more customized.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Builds and executes the value proposition for the target customer audience, from developing insights to designing the end-to-end customer experience.
Establishes deep expertise on the target customer segment and ensure this expertise gets integrated purposefully into the extended marketing team.
Conducts market analyses to maintain an appropriate level of understanding of the target audience, developing insights, unmet needs and new business opportunity that can improve marketing programs.
Orchestrates and integrate all elements of a great customer experience (content, events, campaigns, etc.)
To maintain HCP compliance, execution of events to deliver an excellent customer experience, assist the marketing team with logistics and administrative requirements.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree is essential
A Customer focused approach
Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
A valid drivers’ license and willingness to travel and work out of office hours as required
