Assist the warehouse supervisor in managing all warehouse activities. Responsible for ensuring daily, weekly and monthly KPI are met or exceeded. Ensure all warehouse MHE are well maintained to ensure “0” downtime. Ensure timely loading of truck for delivery.

Be prepared to do Hands-On to cope with sudden surge in demand. Train warehouse personnel including new hire to ensure all process are adhered. Assume the role of warehouse supervisor in the absence of immediate supervisor. Work with Order Fulfilment team and manage outbound pending orders. Any other task as assigned by immediate Supervisor or Manager.

Requirement Min “O” level or Diploma in Business Admin/Supply Chain. Min 2 years’ experience in local distribution preferably with FMCG or 3PL background. Ability to demonstrate teamwork and leadership skill. Strong learning curve and quick learner.  Possess good problem-solving and analytical skill. Be prepared to put in extra hours when required. Able to handle ambiguity and work in fast paced environment. Positive mindset with a “Can-Do” attitude and willing to do hands-on. Able to start work within a short notice an advantage
