Assistant, Ticketing Services Arts Centre Melbourne location Melbourne. Salary $59,230.00m plus superannuation.
About the team the Customer Service team is responsible for proactively delivering personalised services of value that create the ultimate experience before, during and after each visit. The team is comprised of service and support teams for Ticketing, Front of House, Car Park, Concierge, Guided Tours and Applications that support all of these areas.
About the role you will use your excellent customer service skills to deliver remarkable and personalised ticketing service to our customers. 2 x Variable-time, fixed terms positions (25 hours per week). End date 31 March 2024. Salary $59,230.00 p.a. (pro rata) plus superannuation.
Variable-time employment is unique to Arts Centre Melbourne and strikes the balance between security and flexibility. You have a guaranteed number of weekly hours, with the chance to flex up to 38 hours if your availability matches available shifts. Shifts can change depending on your availability and operational need. This flexibility means you can enjoy commitments and pursuits outside of work. Variable-time is similar to working flexible part-time.
Hours of work may vary, are based around Box Office and Contact Centre hours, and with a large proportion at night and on weekends, particularly Friday and Saturday. Two rostered days of each week.
Your Skills and Experience in the delivery of customer service that has resulted in successful and enjoyable customer experiences. Experience with handling and balancing a variety of payment methods. Basic ticketing experience is an advantage. General office work with a strong emphasis on computer usage. May be required to work in an underground office environment.
