Urgent Looking for Full-Time Cafe Outlet Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor Trainee. (Minimalist - Japanese Western Fusion theme Café). Central Location Farrer Park Area. Salary Range SGD 1600 - SGD 2400 (commensurate based on profile and position). Brand new cafe opening team, fast progression.

Individual to perform daily inventory check to ensure the maintenance of stocks. Manage overall manpower planning, including planning daily duty roster to ensure optimum use of manpower in the outlet. Ensure POS system is operational and accurate at all times. Execute any other duties as requested by immediate superiors.

Requirements at least 1 year of working experience in related F&B is required for this position. Basic latte art Barista skills is a must and bartending skills would be a good bonus. Passion to deliver an exceptional customer service experience. Able to lead a team in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Problem-solving skills & possess good organizing skills and business acumen. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
