The Role:
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a winning team to achieve sustainable sales growth through consistently delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors values; LEADERSHIP, CARE, ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY and INNOVATE. Your day will be filled leading from the front, coaching on the run, ensuring operational excellence and creating a winning culture within your store and the Retailors community.
Responsibilities include:
Managing stock processes including preparing stock for sale, stocktake, audits, acceptance and transfers
Operational compliance within back of house
Inventory management and data accuracy
Responsible for supporting customer escalations
Provide technical support and training for new and existing processes, products or service
Develop a strong business relationship with the outsource Samsung Service team to drive continuous improvement
Completion of rosters
Coaching and development of your team to support operational areas
