About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Sunshine Marketplace Store.

This is a part-time position at 26.25 hours per week.

You support the team by creating positive, respectful and empowering customer experiences

You assist with training and development to help the team deliver on store budgets and KPIs

You support the setup and maintenance of in-store displays (visual merchandising)

You assist with stock processing and deliveries as part of day-to-day store operations

You collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and additional tasks as required
