About the role
As ASM, you’ll be the right hand to our Store Manager – helping with day-to-day operations, coaching the team, and making sure every customer leaves with a smile (and maybe a new BBQ).

What you’ll be doing:

Working side by side with the Store Manager to keep the store humming

Coaching, guiding, and building up your team’s confidence and skills

Jumping in with customers to deliver outstanding service

Keeping an eye on sales targets and helping the team smash them

Making sure we’re safe, organised, and living the Barbeques Galore values every day

What we’re looking for
Retail experience (management experience is great, but not essential)

A natural leader who loves motivating and inspiring others

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Organised, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves

A genuine love of BBQs, outdoor living, and creating great store results
