About the role based at our at our Chadston flagship store you will be on your feet everyday on the shop floor leading the team in providing great service and advice to parents and parents to be.

Key responsibilities demonstrate a commitment to Baby Bunting’s vision and values and leading by example. Manage the recruitment, training, performance management of all Team Members. Ensure efficient store operation and a commitment to the achievement of financial targets. Ensure the maintenance of OH&S standards and show a commitment to a safety first culture.

Skills and experience prior leadership experience in a larger format retail environment. Ability to work some weekends and late-night shopping hours. Physically able to lift max.10kg of stock. Business proficiency with a good understanding of financials (budget, wages) and merchandising. Previous experience managing rosters and store KPI’s.
