The company now needs an up and coming retail professional to join the Invercargill team overseeing the responsibilities of 2IC in this full-time role. You will be working in a high-end retail work environment located in the South City Mall surrounded by modern technology so you must be a natural people person who enjoys engaging with customers.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will have a reputation for high standards of presentation and performance, combined with your strong personal values of honesty, reliability and dedicated customer service. You will be a quick learner with the skill set and experience to manage staff, plan rosters and communicate effectively with customers, staff and suppliers.

The successful applicant will become a key member of the Vape Merchant team and you will learn the ropes of the whole supply chain and be involved in inventory control, stock taking, financial reporting, brand nurturing, sales and marketing.

Ideally you will have previous retail store experience to a senior level although full training will be given. More importantly, we are looking for strong candidates with the right attitude who can see the big picture and are motivated to develop their career with the company and grow with us.
