Position outline the position is full time, which requires flexibility to work some late night trading and weekends. You will be involved in every aspect of a fast paced retail environment as you share responsibility and accountability for your store. This physically demanding and hands on role, will see you on your feet everyday on the shop floor leading the team in providing great service and advice to parents and parents to be.

Key responsibilities deliver on our core purpose of supporting new and expectant parents by leading the store Team Members in providing great service and advice to our customers. Demonstrating a commitment to Baby Bunting’s vision and values and leading by example. Responsible for the recruitment, training, performance management and overall employment journey of all Team Members.

Ensure efficient store operation and a commitment to the achievement of financial targets. Ensuring the maintenance of OH&S standards for all Team Members by showing commitment to a safety first culture.

Skills and experience at least 2 years’ experience working in a retail environment at a management level. A passion for providing exceptional customer service. Financial and business proficiency with a good understanding of financials (budget, wages) and merchandising. Previous experience managing rosters and store KPI’s.

Strong supervisory, management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Committed to supporting, leading, motivating, inspiring both individuals and teams.
