Responsibilities focus on operation of the floor and service. Lead and supervise a team of Crew. Coach staff in providing excellent service experience to all customers. Handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines.

Other information at least working experience in the food and beverage industry. Stores located islandwide. 6 days per week (able to work on weekends and public holidays). Working hours is 10 hours/day (including 1-hour break). Medical benefits provided.
