We're looking for an Assistant Stockroom and Inventory Manager to support and assist in leading all aspects of inventory management and control, ensuring exceptional accuracy and availability to deliver outstanding customer experiences across all channels.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

As Assistant Stockroom and Inventory Manager, you will work on a full-time basis. This may include shifts across late night and weekend peak trade. This will include shifts across late night and weekend peak trade, working alternate weekends on a 9day fortnight rotation.

Support exceptional customer experiences through accurate, well-organized inventory management

Ensure high standards of inventory accuracy and product availability

Collaborate with teams to exceed customer expectations through reliable inventory delivery

Assist in planning inventory schedules to optimize efficiency and control costs

Assist in building and leading a high-performing, motivated inventory team

Support coaching and development to optimize processes and improve KPIs

Assist in overseeing all inventory operations with exceptional organizational standards

What you’ll bring to this role:

Experience in retail inventory management, warehousing, or stockroom operations

Retail, back-of-house, or distribution experience

Supporting leadership experience with ability to develop team members

Confident and clear communication skills

Customer-centric approach with strong attention to detail

Results-driven with excellent organization and time management
