Due to unprecedented growth you will be joining their new Melbourne CBD office working within a team of dedicated financial services professionals as an Assistant Relationship Manager. Your new role primary interaction with relationship managers, finance brokers and borrowers receipt, review and processing of commercial loan applications, identify and follow up outstanding loan application items, credit writing skills to work up and submit loan applications to credit, support relationship managers with existing and development of new relationships in our target markets. What you'll need to succeed property finance, mortgage loan management and servicing software, sales team environment, major financial institution background preferred, desire to provide high levels of service support both internally and externally ability to multi-task, prioritise workloads & handle peaks/troughs willingness to provide high level of customer service to borrowers and brokers, comfortable in dealing with other industry professionals, absolute attention to detail, ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external relationships.
