Summary the Assistant Order / Clerk  Administrator role is to support the activities of our sales team after they have received an order. This position is well suited to individuals with excellent people skills communication and people skills along with attention to detail. This is an ideal role to gain relevant experience for those who might aspire to work in other areas of the business at a later time.

Duty & responsibilities process sales orders and send to relevant manufacturers after various checks. Provide administrative support to the sales team. Receive customer sales inquiries and provide product/service information. Identify sales leads and escalate them to the sales staff.

Prepare job folders as the job go ahead. You will be providing team administration support and will work directly with a wide range of individuals at all levels - regular staff, management and directors, external clients and suppliers - so this can make the job varied and interesting.

Skills excellent organisational skills and administrative skills. Excellent communication skill. Attention to detail. Ability to learn new computer systems, especially Sales Force. Intermediate to advanced computer skills are essential (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs).

Being a small team, everyone pitches in, so a flexible and wiling approach is required. This is a part time position  with minimum of 25 hrs per week, hiring immediately. Training for the role will be provided.
