Assistant Manager All Wheels Rentals location Sydney. Salary $50,000 - $59,999.

Our business is expanding, and we are looking for a new driven, dynamic Assistant Manager to join us at our Marrickville location. This exciting opportunity will entail liaising with customers on a daily basis, management of utilization and logistics, ensuring that high customer service levels are met while meeting company objectives.

All Wheels Refrigerated Rentals are a proudly boutique, specialist business offering a friendly, personal approach to our clients. We have a comprehensive, well maintained refrigerated fleet to suit all our clients transport needs and offer a service that is efficient and reliable to ensure we keep our customers on the move.

The position ensure customer service levels are maintained at the highest standard. Effective day to day team, logistical and fleet management with a strong focus on operational improvement, quality, efficiencies and cost reduction. Ensure the right vehicle is delivered to the right location, on time and in optimum condition. Assist in the development and maintenance of processes and culture of continuous improvement.

The candidate Qualifications and/or experience in Assistant Management in the Car Rental industry preferred but not critical. Proven customer service experience. Proven collaborative and hands on leadership style suitable for a small team. Exceptional interpersonal skills and energy. Be ready for a challenge in a high growth dynamic environment. Knowledge of Trucks and/or Refrigerated vehicles is an advantage. Enthusiastic with a growth mindset.
