About the role:
As Assistant Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our front-of-house operations, ensuring every shift runs like clockwork. Working closely with our Venue Manager, you’ll help create a seamless experience for both our guests and staff, playing a vital role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the venue.
Responsibilities:
Managing front-of-house operations and gaming facilities
Providing professional and friendly service to customers
Managing employees
Ensuring compliance with venue regulations
Working with the functions and events team
What we are looking for:
Ability to work productively and professionally in a pub-style environment.
Strong communication skills to liaise with staff and customers.
A willingness to work in a team environment.
Be willing to work a range of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
You will need an Approved Manager Card
Management experience is desired, but not essential.
Minimum 2 years experience in same or similar role is desirable
