Redpath Partners' client is a TIER 1 Real Estate business with a portfolio of high profile commercial assets. This well-known and very reputable Australian business are looking to increase their development capability with an experienced Assistant Development Manager who has existing experience of the commercial office assets to work on an iconic, large-scale commercial lead mixed-use CBD development.

I am looking to speak with highly capable Assistant Development Managers and client-side Project Managers with commercial office development experience with exposure from DA, project strategy, design management, contracts and legal documentation, construction management, and program management. My client will upskill feasibility analysis and leasing with project delivery exposure crucial.

Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Development Manager or equivalent required. You will have exceptional communication and presentation skills, be hardworking, driven and work well in a team environment.
