Key responsibilities manages the scanning team, ensure team performs, operations in a timely and accurate manner,perform daily sampling checks, on quality of images scanned by operator (10-15%) of daily volume, perform day end reconciliation, of hardcopies of applications / instructions received matches with the images uploaded, provision of daily mis, respond to enquiries to business partners, perform ad hoc investigation where required exercise discretion and escalate to line manager and business owner immediately when abnormalities are observed Complying with Bank / MAS regulations, policies, procedures / guidelines and Audit requirements / recommendations. Requirements diploma/ degree in any discipline, possess leadership skill (have prior experience as asst. team lead/ lead), proficient in ms office (word, excel), good interpersonal skills responsible and meticulous, team player, able to handle high volume and work on tight timelines independently. Other Information location tampines, tampines mrt station, work days monday – friday, 830am to 6pm, salary up to $1,800 + aws + incentives – 1 year contract (renewable).
