THE ROLE
We are looking for an Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team at our new Westfield Sydney location. This position is responsible for assisting the Boutique Manager in the areas of sales, management, operations, customer service and team leadership. We are seeking an individual who strives to lead by example, have the ability to motivate the team and provide clients with a quality customer service experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Boutique Manager with operational tasks including rostering, general administration, staff training, inventory planning and problem solving
Motivate staff to optimise performance and strive to achieve monthly sales targets
Ensure company policies and procedures are being upheld
Ensure all staffing, escalations and operational issues are handled correctly
Support Boutique Manager in implementing sales training and E-learning training
Assist with daily and monthly reporting and inventory management
Ensure the highest levels of customer service is being upheld
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Tertiary qualifications in Business administration preferred
Minimum 5 years retail experience in the high-range product or luxury sector preferred
Highly developed and proven customer service Skills
Proven staffing management experience
Computer literacy skills: Word, Excel
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Numerical and financial skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Effective time management skills
Team player
