Job descriptions managing all conference & banqueting operations, work closely with the chef and the chief steward to ensure all activities for banquet are well coordinated and carried out according to the event orders, interact and engage with guests and maintain high quality service standards, ensure staffing levels cover business demands, ensuring and providing the team a positive example of delivering exceptional customer service, maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and suppliers, carry out special projects or to perform additional duties in other related areas which may be assigned from time to time. Job requirements possess at least a ‘o’ level, at least 2-3 years of work experience in a similar capacity in the hotel industry, able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays, energetic, proactive, self-driven, highly motivated and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
