Due to expansion, their Finance team require a dynamic Assistant Accountant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. Your new role as an assistant accountant you will be reporting into the Finance Manager whilst shadowing and overseeing the AP and AR team. Your duties will be varied which will include processing payments on credit card, assisting with payroll as backup, assisting with fringe benefits tax, assisting with return bank reconciliations, assisting in preparation of budgets, ad hoc duties. What you'll need to succeed to be successful in this role you need to a minimum of 2 years’ experience operating as an assistant accountant, experience using sun systems is preferred, high attention to detail, proven experience in a high-volume environment.
