Assistant Accountant Uniting Talent Pty Ltd location Sydney. We are currently seeking an Assistant Accountant for a leading global technology company based in Sydney (CBD). Reporting to the commercial finance director your duties will be as follows bank reconciliations, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, assisting with statutory account preparation and quarterly regulatory reporting, gst and bas calculations and reports, preparation of general ledger journals, accruals and prepayments, assisting with month end reporting, maintenance of fixed asset register, preparing ad-hoc reports and analysis using excel, support other ad-hoc accounting tasks. This position requires a self-starter, team player and someone who thrives on a fast paced and varied role. Your strong accounting skills will be supported by your excellent work ethic, commitment to safety and proven ability to build strong relationships with internal clients.
