Assistant Accountant Hays Accountancy and Finance location Sydney. Your new company is a Hong-Kong listed property development & investment firm who have experienced significant success within their market. They specialise within the investment and development of high-end projects globally and have a successful, growing portfolio in Sydney. This firm is located conveniently in the heart of Sydney's CBD. Your new role working on a full-time, permanent basis, this role includes the following responsibilities full-function accounts payable, full-function accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, month-end reporting, revenue reporting, expense accruals, pre-payments & journals, profit & loss & balance sheets, forecasting & budgeting assistance, myob & excel use for accounting transactions, this role will report directly to the finance manager and will be based in the sydney cbd office. You will be working as part of a supportive team of 5. What you'll need to succeed in order to be successful in this role, you must have proven experience within the transactional accounting space and have intermediate excel skills with exposure to MYOB. You must be fluent in both English and Mandarin and must have full working rights in Australia. You must have solid accounting and reporting skills and a strong work ethic.
