About the role key responsibilities include preparing monthly journals and balance sheet reconciliations. Actioning payments and managing banking transactions. Bank account reconciliation. Assisting with Monthly and Annual Reporting. Providing support to the Senior Finance Team. Assisting with Cashflow reporting. Assisting in ensuring the integrity of MIT's financial data.

About you, you will be a tertiary qualified finance professional. Relevant accounting experience in a large complex organisation is preferred and you will have had experience using an ERP system (preferably Technology One). Sound computer skills, particularly Excel, are essential.
